Introduction
Welcome to our Privacy Policy page. This document explains how Proficia360 collects, uses, and protects personal data belonging to Malaysian customers and platform visitors. When we say “we” or “our”, we are referring to the Proficia360 Skills team operating under Tunjang Jaya Sdn Bhd.
Your rights
Under the Malaysian PDPA you can request access to your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, prevent processing that causes damage or distress, and opt out of direct marketing. Email us to exercise these statutory rights—we verify every request and respond within 21 days as required by the Act.
Malaysia-specific obligations
We apply the PDPA’s seven data protection principles: General, Notice & Choice, Disclosure, Security, Retention, Data Integrity, and Access. We only retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described below or to comply with Bank Negara Malaysia or other statutory obligations. Any overseas transfer of Malaysian data is restricted to processors that offer comparable safeguards and is covered by binding contractual clauses.

Usage analytics
Pages visited, time on page, actions taken, and device/browser details to understand adoption and reliability.
Cookies & telemetry
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Optional telemetry helps us improve workflows and can be turned off in workspace settings.

We only process personal data for the purposes notified to you, and rely on consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interests permitted by the Malaysian PDPA.
