1. What Proficia360 Is
Proficia360 is a talent intelligence and skills management platform. It puts an organisation’s hierarchy, job roles, skills taxonomy, proficiency definitions, assessments, and workforce plans into a single connected graph instead of a set of spreadsheets that drift apart.
Because everything lives in one model, the answer to a question like “who is one step away from this role, and what are they missing?” is something the platform can show you directly — with the behaviours and evaluation prompts behind it, not just a label.
2. Why We Built It
Most skills frameworks die in a document. A competency model is approved, exported to PDF, and then every team keeps its own version of the truth in a spreadsheet. Six months later nobody can say which skills matrix is current, which roles changed, or what a rating of “3” meant.
We built Proficia360 to keep that model alive instead. Positions, roles, competencies, behaviours, and proficiency levels stay synced in one system, so an assessment taken today reads against the same definitions used for planning tomorrow.
We also wanted the graph to be genuinely graph-shaped. Proficia360 is backed by a graph database and exposed through a GraphQL API, so relationships between people, positions, skills, and clusters are first-class data rather than a reporting exercise.
3. What You Can Do With It
- Build your organisational hierarchy: business units, positions, job levels, and reporting lines with full context.
- Maintain role catalogues and job clusters, mapped to the sub-sectors you actually operate in.
- Design skills taxonomies with beginner, proficient, and expert levels, each carrying observable behaviours.
- Attach evaluation prompts and questions to a skill so an assessment measures what the definition says.
- Run skills-based assessments, review results in a QA and review queue, and track proficiency over time.
- Read live dashboards: role coverage, critical capability gaps, growth readiness, and evaluation reports.
- Give managers, employees, and talent partners a tailored view instead of one shared spreadsheet.
- Connect your HRMS or LMS so employee records and learning data stay synchronised.
- Query the platform through its GraphQL API to build your own reports, dashboards, and automation.
4. The Platform Today
Proficia360 ships populated, not empty. The current library includes:
- 3+ industry domains — banking and plantation today, plus custom architectures.
- 191 pre-configured job roles, extensible by your administrators.
- 222 skills connected to roles and skill clusters.
- 1,110 proficiency levels with behavioural indicators mapped to them.
- 27 job clusters organised by domain.
- 24 sub-sectors covered.
- The AICB Future Skills Framework built in, so banking institutions can launch against a validated taxonomy from day one and customise afterwards.
5. Who Is Behind It
Proficia360 is designed, built, and operated in-house by Tunjang Jaya Graftek Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian company registered as 201901031566 (1340896-U).
Product development, graph and data modelling, server operations, billing administration, and customer support are all handled by the same small internal team. There are no external partners, resellers, or white-label distributors standing between you and the people who maintain the platform — when you write to us, the message reaches whoever can actually act on it.
Proficia360 is one product in our portfolio alongside Bizlink, our digital business card platform at https://www.tunjangjaya.com.
6. Who It Is For
Proficia360 is built for HR, People Ops, L&D, and transformation leaders at skills-driven organisations, typically from 50 to 5,000 employees. It suits institutions that already have a skills or competency framework and need a system to keep it current, assess against it, and plan from it — and equally suits institutions adopting a ready-made framework such as the AICB Future Skills Framework to get moving quickly.
7. How It Is Priced and Billed
Pricing is published on this website rather than hidden behind a sales call, and there is no obligation to talk to anyone to see it.
- Skills assessment subscription — RM 100 per user per year for a one-time assessment, or RM 200 per user per year for unlimited assessments.
- Platform set-up, one-off — RM 12,200 per institution for the standard Future Skills Framework platform, or RM 40,200 per institution for a platform customised to your own architecture.
- Optional integration, one-off — RM 30,990 per institution for HRMS or LMS integration.
Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude applicable taxes. Invoices are settled by bank transfer or, where offered, an online payment provider. Subscriptions run for 12 months and are renewed only on your confirmation — there is no automatic charge.
Full terms, including our cancellation and refund position, are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
8. How We Handle Your Data
Your organisational and employee data belongs to you. We host and process it only to run the service you ordered, we do not sell it, and we do not put advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Because a skills platform necessarily holds workforce data, our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how your organisation controls it. It is worth reading before you upload anything.
9. Where We Are Heading
- More industry frameworks and starter libraries beyond banking and plantation.
- Deeper HRMS, LMS, and directory integrations, with two-way synchronisation.
- Richer scenario planning for workforce design and succession readiness.
- Tighter manager and employee workflows so assessment and growth planning happen in the same place.
- Continued hardening of access control, auditability, and reporting.
Roadmap items are direction, not commitment, and features may change or be retired — particularly while the platform is offered through its two-week demonstration trial.
10. Get in Touch
The fastest way to understand the platform is to run it yourself: register on the demonstration environment for a two-week trial with your own private workspace, then write to us about deploying it for your organisation.
You can also see every screen in the product tour on the Features page, follow the guided tour on the Demo page, or read the pricing on the home page.
